Ryan Housekeeper formed Tranquilium, LLC in 2008, building on experience across underwriting, valuation, acquisition, and development services. His work today emphasizes advisory brokerage, development strategy, and underwriting and feasibility services, guiding clients through complex real estate decisions and transactions.

He is a licensed commercial real estate broker and appraiser and has successfully managed real estate closings throughout the United States. Since founding Tranquilium, he has led development consulting, transaction advisory, and process‑management assignments for clients nationwide.

Ryan is a graduate of the USC Executive Urban Planning Master’s program, which strengthened his professional focus on land use consulting and applying planning principles to address complex social, economic, and environmental challenges through sustainable, equitable growth.
