Ryan Housekeeper

President

Ryan Housekeeper formed Tranquilium, LLC in 2008 after experience with underwriting, valuation, acquisition, and development services. 


He is a licensed commercial appraiser and real estate broker; and has successfully managed the closing of real estate transactions throughout the United States. 


Since forming Tranquilium, he has been involved with development consulting, transaction services, and process management on various assignments for clients nationwide.


He is a graduate of the USC Executive Urban Planning Master's program. This has added a professional focus of providing land use consulting services to solve complex social, economic, and environmental problems through sustainable growth.
